Commentary Ulrich J. Becker: There was another Austrian who wouldn’t have walked out…

Last night Mr. Ahmadinejad held his speech at the General Assembly at the UN headquarters in New York City. Several free democracies (Argentina, Australia, Britain, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, New Zealand and the United States) chose to walk out while he was talking in order to protest his obsessed conspiracy theories and his deep genocidal anti-Semitism. The representatives of the thought-to-be-free and progressive nation of Austria chose to stay and pay their tribute.

One of the key parts and most unmasking in his speech dealt with Jews, who he called “Zionists“:

“…The dignity, integrity and rights of the American and European people are being played with by a small but deceitful number of people called Zionists. Although they are a miniscule minority, they have been dominating an important portion of the financial and monetary centers as well as the political decision-making centers of some European countries and the US in a deceitful, complex and furtive manner. It is deeply disastrous to witness that some presidential or premiere nominees in some big countries have to visit these people, take part in their gatherings, swear their allegiance and commitment to their interests in order to attain financial or media support.
This means that the great people of America and various nations of Europe need to obey the demands and wishes of a small number of acquisitive and invasive people. These nations are spending their dignity and resources on the crimes and occupations and the threats of the Zionist network against their will.“ (Ahmadinejad, Septemer 23, 2009)

Not so much time ago there was another Austrian, who surely would have stayed to hear this speech, not least because he wrote some quite similar speeches before trying to exterminate the whole Jewish people:

“Only when this Jewish bacillus infecting the life of peoples has been removed can one hope to establish a co-operation amongst the nations which shall be built up on a lasting understanding.“ (Hitler’s Speech in Wilhelmshaven, 1 April, 1939)

One could speculate, if the UN would have let Hitler give this speeches yesterday at the General Assembly without a problem, if he would have just replaced the word ‘Jew’ with ‘Zionist’ as Ahmadinejad? Sadly it seems so. after what and for what again was the UN founded?

But one thing is sure and Ahmadijad can here learn from Hitler quite a bit: Obsessed global Anti-Semites like him might tell a lot of lies, impress a lot of people, do a big mess and even horrible human disasters, but their ultimate goal can never be reached, because it is based on a sick, twisted and destructive worldview.

And when Ahmadinejad told us:

“You should know that the criminal and terrorist Zionist regime which has 60 years of plundering, aggression and crimes in its file has reached the end of its work and will soon disappear off the geographical scene.“ (June 2, 2008)

We should recommend him to read a bit more Hitler, who said:

“There was a time when the Jews in Germany also laughed at my prophecies. I do not know whether they are still laughing today, or whether they have been cured of laughter. But take my word for it: they will stop laughing everywhere.“ (Speech By Adolf Hitler, Berlin, September 30, 1942)

This is your lesson Ahmadinejad: Hitler lost, his country was humiliated and he have not kept his promises and today people look upon him as an obsessed sick clown, while we Jews are laughing today and will laugh tomorrow and laugh about Hitler and will laugh about you. For what do you need that mess? You really want to make yourself into a global moron?
